I love these little mini quiches as they are perfect not only for breakfast but also for a quick snack!
You can also make these in a casserole dish but I like to make them individually in muffin tins.
They are packed full of protein and super delicious.
I will be making this recipe to go with our Easter brunch this year.

Ingredients
8 large eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of black pepper
1 cup finely chopped ham, I buy it already diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray muffin tins with non stick cooking spray
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder until well combined.
Divide the ham and cheese evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set.
Sprinkle the tops with chives if desired!
