Yes – order the chandelier at wholesale cost at Bobo Intriguing Objects (assuming you have to the trade access)!
I saw two chandeliers kind of like this at a store called FIND HOME FURNISHINGS in Bklyn. No clue what they were selling them for but no harm in giving them a call and asking. You can see some photos of the showroom in my post:

I have loved this chandelier since my first glimpse of one in a local restaurant. I also went on a hunt to find one that was reasonably priced with no luck. It's been about a year since I looked so maybe there are some less expensive ones available now. Good Luck!
We just bought one like this yesterday at the Alameda Antique Faire, but it is for candles. It will go in our wine country home. The dealer is huge on the west coast. Big Daddy's Antiques. He has an electrical one on his website. Here is the address: http://www.bdantiques.com/.
These are also offered for wholesale at Bobo Intriguing Objects. Big Daddy get's his from the manufacturer who supplies Bobo, so maybe his prices are good.

They have this exact same chandelier at a store here in Tulsa called T.A. Lorton. We were going to use one for a photo shoot at my work, but found something else instead. I can't remember off the top of my head how much they were selling it for, but it wouldn't hurt to call and ask. I love wine barrel chandeliers! They're so beautiful but so expensive. Pottery barn makes textured-bronze finish chandeliers, unfortunately they are not wooden.
