Isn’t that so true.
I often think what kind of house I would build if I won the lottery.
It wouldn’t be huge, I can tell you that.
Something cozy, intimate, and relaxing.
Somewhere where you can put your feet up and dogs can run around freely.
{because you know I am still working on that
bull dog for Christmas!

Hi Melaine. Your last 4 posts are so beautiful! My heart is doing a little pitter patter! Do they make you want to redecorate a little bit? they inspire me. Not that I need to do any more decorating. 😉
I am with you. If I had a million dollars i would only want a small house, but filled with plenty of storage so it is not cluttered. I really don't want a big house.
I love your blog. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and ideas.
Oh Melanie my sister has 2 bulldogs. They are very expensive to keep up. They are prone to ear infections and their skin has to stay out of the sun and you have to constantly wash between the skin folds and they have shoulder stiffness and runny noses…the list goes on and on. Just be sure you get pet insurance if you want a bulldog. You will live at the vet.
But you didn't tell us the name you have in mind!
I love the photos. So relaxing and nice. Thanks!
xoxo

i couldn't agree more. small. love the huge mirror in the first photo.
I love that last bedroom! Our bed is up agaist a sloped ceiling like that, with not enough room for a headboard. It makes me want to put a pretty wallpaper behind it like that! So cute!
Love these! Beautiful! Wish I had more money to allocate to decorating!
i could not agree more~ character is so much better than space. As much as I love to clean, a big house just means more cleaning.
I love the shot of the closet!
drooling over these sweet spaces. love them all.
your blog is just amazing. i just recently discovered it. (i don't know where i've been 🙂 obviously, missing out on all kinds of sweet goodies to drool over.
I love the white kitchen with pink accents …. and OF COURSE the closet … drool.
That closet is the best! I hope you get your puppy ~ they were too cute for words.
Oh I love that closet!
Well, I am here to tell you the get your bulldog and LOVE it! We just got our second one in May…she's such a babe! Our first bulldog, Thelma, only ever went to the vet for shots…she was very healthy….and Lola is the same way. Just make sure you get them from a reputable breeder and you should be fine! I suggest: http://www.ebulldogs.net/. They are FANTASTIC breeders.
I also have a bulldog, an all white female named Stella (she just turned 1 oct 13). She has also been healthy, and she is the most vunerable type. You do need to wipe out their folds with a tissue but she hasnt been as high maintainence as we originally thought. We had her since 5 weeks, and so far smooth sailing!
oh and the house, come on 🙂
Bullies are the best! I can't wait to see your new baby.
My boy, Tug.. has my heart.
