My kids beg me to make this macaroni and cheese.
I don’t mind at all because it only has a few ingredients and the whole thing is made in a crockpot, so it’s a piece of cake.
This is a great food for Memorial Day, or any holiday.
This crockpot macaroni and cheese serves 10 and is perfect for a large gathering.
It is one of my favorite foods to make as a side dish for dinner when entertaining.
It is always something kids will eat, so even if they won’t eat something fancy you are serving, they are sure to love this.
What I mean is it is a great option for picky eaters.
Your friends and family are guaranteed to be begging for this crockpot macaroni and cheese recipe.
I think what makes it so good is the combination of three different cheeses.
This macaroni has velveeta cheese, parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese.
And of course, the butter and milk added help to make it extra creamy and delicious.
Chop up the butter and the velveeta cheese. This will help it melt and combine beautifully with the warm macaroni noodles.
It is not necessary to grease your crockpot.
Speaking of crockpots, I got this one almost a year ago and am still loving it!
It comes in beautiful colors. I have the color called “white icing.”
Instructions:
Boil 16 ounces of macaroni noodles for approximately 7 minutes and drain.
Pour drained noodles directly into crockpot.
Like I mentioned earlier, you do not need to grease your crockpot.
Add in 8 ounces cubed velveeta cheese.
Then add in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Stir in 1/4 cup cubed butter.
Finally stir in 3 cups milk.
Cook on low for 2 hours.
That’s it! Super easy, super delicious!
