Have you watched Selling Sunset on Netflix?
The women are a bit catty but you get to see some great bits of California reality.
The last house they shared on season 2 was a great French inspired estate that I fell in love with.
So of course I went on a search to find it so I could look at the pictures in more detail.
I have always been a sucker for an ivy covered facade.
And this casual room might be my favorite because of the light and the great
frames with the oversized mats.
In fact it makes me want to redo our gallery wall in our living room with those frames.
Also, isn’t that rug so great? I can imagine it would be hard to keep clean, but I imagine they have help for that.
That chandelier reminds me of this one.
The lighting in the kitchen is phenomenal.
Do you see that gorgeous La Cornue range?
I suppose some people would think this kitchen is too stark, but I love all of it!
I especially love the silver champagne bowls filled with lemons and limes.
The informal dining room off of the kitchen is beautiful too.
The large scale art in both these spaces is so great, again staying in the black and white theme.
I’m not sure how I feel about that lamp, maybe in another space.
The simple white slipcovered chairs add to the casualty of this dining area.
Look at this bathroom!
One of the 5 bedrooms.
And another more feminine one, with that fun tasseled chandelier.
Love how it looks at dusk.
The yard does not disappoint either.
Formal boxwood hedges with white roses.
The master bathroom is stunning in white gold and marble.
The master bedroom looks so cozy with that faux fur blanket and velvet bed.
The formal dining room has a fun wall of gold sunburst mirrors. Stacks of books on the sidebar keep the modern/traditional look.
I hope you enjoyed this home as much I do!
