These pumpkin chocolate chip muffins are better than anything that you could buy at a bakery.
My mom made these while I was growing up and my sisters and I devoured them within minutes of coming out of the oven.
I will say, they are the best warm, with tons of butter.
I have been making these for my kids for 20 years and it really is a fail proof recipe.
They turn out great every time.
And I make them year round, not just in the fall.
But there is something about baking pumpkin muffins in the fall that just seems right.
Your house will smell like pumpkin, cinnamon, and cloves.
I ALWAYS double this recipe and stick the leftovers in the freezer.
They are wonderful with a cup of coffee for breakfast, popped in the microwave to warm them up.
They only require a few ingredients.

I know you will love these pumpkin chocolate chip muffins!
To make them extra cute and to look like they are straight from the bakers, I use these liners.

Sound yummy. Do you think they could be baked as a loaf?

Hi there! I just double checked. When you click on PRINT you need to select from the dropdown with image or without. Try that and let me know if you still aren’t able to print!

I’ve been making these since you posted this recipe several years back. I substitute 3/4 c. Honey for the sugar and they turn out great!
