My niece brought this over for our Easter brunch and while there was plenty of different foods to choose from, I kept going back to this one.
It is called blueberry cinnamon roll bake.
It is really more of a dessert than a breakfast casserole, but I could eat it any time of day.
It truly is the perfect breakfast, brunch, or holiday recipe.
I will be making it for Mother’s Day this year too.

You can make this ahead of time too!
Assemble it the night before you are serving it, and then add the butter mixture the day of and bake.
This recipe has only 4 ingredients so it is super easy to make.
You can substitute any berries you’d like in the recipe, just make sure they are not frozen.
If you do have frozen fruit, make sure it is fully thawed and the extra liquids are drained off.
