I recently jumped on the Ruggable bandwagon.

Have you heard of Ruggable rugs? They are perfect for anyone with pets, or well, dirt in general.

When they get dirty, you simply throw them in your washing machine and they come out looking like new!

This really intrigued me because the entry rug we had was getting super dirty. We are not a “take your shoes off” house, so the entry rug gets pretty gross. Plus, with 3 dogs coming and going, it was becoming a daily battle keeping it clean.

I also had the same issue with the rug in front of our kitchen sink.
Spilled food and and what not was getting in the crevices of my wool rug and even though it was vacuumed regularity, it still never felt 100% clean.

I have had these new machine washable rugs a couple weeks now and I am in love!

For in front of our doors I chose a runner in a 7′ length. This is the exact one I have.
I have washed it about 4 times already and it still looks like new. I do hang it to dry, but they dry in hours.

I also got this one to use here. I think the darker one will be better to use in the winter months and this lighter striped on in the summer.

In our kitchen I got this one. Less traffic here, so the light color works well.

This one resembles my stair runner. In fact, I might try these on our stairs instead of our current one, just for the fact that I can wash it. I would think you could apply the pad with a staple gun and then just attach this to the top and take it off when it gets dirty? I will have to look into that!
