Have you tried the candy cane Oreos from Trader Joes?
If you haven’t, you need to run there now and pick some up. They come in regular and Gluten Free.
I thought I’d make them even better by dousing them in white chocolate and cover them in pieces of candy cane. Because, who doesn’t love chocolate dipped in more chocolate with crunchy peppermint bites?
Plus they are just so festive and cute!
Besides that, this recipe only has 3 ingredients. White chocolate chips, Trader Joes candy cane Joe-Joe’s, and candy cane bits. You can crush your own candy canes, or buy the bagged ones that already come in pieces.
Simply melt your white chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring often.
Dip your candy cane cookies into the white chocolate and place them on a wax paper lined cookie sheet to harden.
Before they harden though, you’ll want to sprinkle on some candy cane bits.
