It’s finally Friday and time for Friday favorites.
 This week was a killer work week for me. Busy, busy, busy, and on top of that it was HOT! 
Heat always makes me move at a snails pace.

I did manage to get a few things accomplished, mainly yard work and that big backyard project that is finally getting done! Reveal coming soon!


I thought the projects would slow down a bit this summer, but my to do list seems to be piling up. Not complaining, because I like keeping busy, but I also love my down time to spend with family and friends and just plain relax.


I have a few new things coming in the mail shortly. This new table for our deck is one. The one we currently have out there is an interior wood table and I don’t want it to get to beat up in the weather. Besides that, my daughter needs a new table for her apartment at college, so it will be going home with her. 


This looks like a fun cookbook. It’s always better when you can take a healthy journey with someone else by your side.
