My friend turned me onto this cocktail, and I haven’t looked back.
Don’t laugh but my drink of choice used to be citron vodka with fresca.
Refreshing in the summer, but this one I’d say is a 99% step up from that drink.
She said she ordered it at a restaurant in Napa while on vacation and they were kind enough to give her the recipe.
And, she was kind enough to share it with me, and now I am repaying the favor and sharing it with all of you. Ha!
The two things you can’t switch up on this drink because they are what make it so good.
You have to use the Bloom Gin and you have to use the Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water.
I got both of mine at Total Wine And More.
Follow the instructions below {and pin it to save for future reference} for the best summer cocktail ever!

OMG, you just brought back a good memory! I had a similar drink in Copenhagen several years ago. The bar made the drink with Monkey 67 gin, tonic, thyme and grapefruit. That Fevertree tonic is a big step up from other tonics. Love your blog!
