This Thanksgiving will look a little different than most.
But one thing will remain.
Good food and family, always.
I have an easy and delicious recipe for you today.
These rustic sheet pan vegetables are super easy to make and will make for a great side dish with your Thanksgiving turkey.
You will need:
Brussel Sprouts, washed, trimmed, and cut in half.
1 acorn squash cut into 1″ thick slices
1 cup fresh cranberries
good olive oils
salt & pepper.
Mix the brussel sprouts, squash, and cranberries in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil making sure to coat them all. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast in a 450 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through baking.
You can serve straight from your baking sheet or from a dish of your choice.
It’s the perfect Fall side dish for all.
