White Chocolate Cupcakes
prep time: 10 minscook time: 20 minstotal time: 30 mins
ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 package {3 oz.} Godiva white chocolate vanilla bean pudding mix1
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a mixer on medium for 2 minutes. Fill each baking liner in a muffin pan 2/3 full with the mix. Bake according to the cake mix box instructions.
2. Frost with your choice white frosting, I prefer cream cheese frosting.3. Top with a ghost peep and enjoy!
