It’s wreath making time and this one is super simple and cute if I do say so myself!
Using twine {or floral wire} attach the garland halves to the wreath form so that they hang down. The will overlap a bit at the bottom of the wreath.
Finally knot a piece of ribbon in the bottom center and let it trail down.
