Gray isn’t going anywhere.
Gray is anything but drab and I am here to show you some great grey paint colors and why they are so good!
1-Sherwin Williams Software SW 7074.
Software is a deep charcoal gray.
It is a cool gray but looks warm and inviting when paired with creamy whites.
We used Software in our sons room as shown below.
We also opted to paint the ceiling the same color and it really gives the space a cozy feel.
It’s dark, rich, and dramatic, and will add contrast and coziness to any room.
It has blue undertones but doesn’t read blue in any way.

2-SHERWIN WILLIAMS REPOSE GRAY SW 7015.
Repose gray is a cool moody gray with a slight hint of green.
I am seriously considering this color for our kitchen cabinets.
It is light enough to not overpower a space, but still dramatic enough to see the difference from white cabinets.
It is a perfect combination of taupe, gray, brown, and beige.
3-SHERWIN WILLIAMS AMAZING GRAY SW 7044.
This gray paint color is a warmer gray void of any yellow undertones.
It is a warm greige paint, meaning it is a combination of gray and beige.
4-BEHR IRISH MIST 79OC-1
Behr Irish Mist is a warm gray with cool undertones.
It is sure to lighten up any space without a lot of natural light.
Pair it with crisp white trim for a striking combination.
5-BENJAMIN MOORE STONINGTON GRAY HC-170.
This is a great neutral cool gray if you want that modern look.
It is one of Benjamin Moores most popular gray colors and here is why.
It has blue, purple, and green undertones making it an elegant and refined color.
In north facing rooms it will come off cooler and even somewhat blueish in tone.
Benjamin Moore Stonington looks great in south facing light where there tends to be consistent warm light throughout the day.
6-Benjamin Moore Wolf Gray.
This color is moody and calming with strong blue undertones.
This gray paint color would be perfect for a cozy bedroom paired with lighter cool shades of white or gray.
