I have such a great salad recipe for you today!
You will be making this salad all summer long, trust me!
This cabbage and arugula salad stays crunchy even with the dressing on it, fresh in your fridge for up to four days.

Perfect for summer BBQ’S, family reunions, picnics, dinners, and lunch.
Great along side burgers, teriyaki chicken, salmon, and more.
Be sure to save these images to your recipe boards because this is one recipe you will not want to lose!

INGREDIENTS
4 cups green cabbage sliced thin
1 cup cucumbers sliced very thin
1 cup radishes, sliced
2 cups fresh arugula
¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
2 T chopped fresh chives
1 tsp black sesame seeds
salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing you will need the following-
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ of a fresh squeezed lemon, or more to taste

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl combine numbers 1-6 above.
In a small bowl mix all dressing ingredients together until smooth. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and mix. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and extra sliced radishes on on top for presentation.
