Baking has become a regular thing in our house now that we are all forced to stay home.
I was trying to think of things for you all that are not only easy, but require ingredients that you may have in your pantry already!
These cookies are so tasty. You can experiment with any kind of boxed cake mix and any kind of frosting. I made this kind because these were what I had in my pantry.
cake mix box cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix {or any flavor}
- 2 eggs
- 1/2cup vegetable oil
- 1 tub of vanilla frosting sold by cake mix {or any flavor}
Instructions:
How to cook cake mix box cookies
- Mix all ingredients together and scoop onto a wax lined cookie sheet. This recipe should make 12 large cookies.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
- Frost and decorate how you’d like!
If you don’t have these ingredients on hand, pin any of these images to your recipe boards so you can easily access it later. These cookies are always fun to whip up when you are in a pinch for a sweet snack or dessert.
Even if you don’t consider yourself a baker, you will be able to make these perfectly every time.
You can also add toppings such as sprinkles, m and m’s, or anything else you might have.

Hi! I have been following your blog for years. Love your ideas. But I must say, for those of us outside the USA< we cannot relate to your recipes. Wishing you well wishes from Europe.
