~we spent the day today out on Puget Sound crabbing and collecting shells off the beach! Look how happy my husband is to be out on the water!~ (he would kill me if he knew I put this picture of him on here!) 
We literally drove the boat right up onto Hat Island and collected a huge bag full of shells, I even got in on the action!
It was a gorgeous day here in the Pacific Northwest, nearly 90 degrees! We dropped our crab pots in before BBQing lunch on the boat.
Nothing like eating BBQ chicken and dogs smelling that salty air!
It was gorgeous there.
Cody found lots of shells and some interesting pieces of driftwood and kelp….
and some crabs…
That bag got full!

You are so fortunate to live where crabbing and shelling is an option to you!! Where we are in Texas, there is no water what so ever other than a very dry lake that we would be lucky to get a random fish out of!! Looks great! As for your husband…my son keeps telling me it is ILLEGAL for me to post his pictures without his consent. HAHA when he pays his own way in life then maybe we'll talk!! LOL, Until then his picture is mine to post whenever I want! 🙂 KIM
My brother lives in Richland, WA and absolutely loves the area. We were raised in the south and we've lived in many places….the Pacific Northwest is his absolute favorite. Enjoy!

I live in the Portland, OR area and it was so beautiful this weekend! Picture perfect. People give us a hard time about all our rain, but our beautiful days make up for it.
