Great house! I have to laugh about the boots. A few years ago I needed new rain boots (rains a lot here) and my husband got the same green ones for me. I kind of thought they were a bit weird/dowdy at the time as I had never seen ones like that before (the Queen of England wears them), but now they're so popular 🙂 p.s. they are great boots
