I am in love with this home I found on House Beautiful.
When HGTV star Alison Victoria converted an old textile mill from the 1880’s in Alabama as a flip, she never intended to live there.
She fell in love with it during the renovation process and decided to live there, and by these photos, I am sure you can see why!
It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft with incredible natural light.
The ceilings are 26′ tall and painted “pure white” by Benjamin Moore.
Don’t you love the contrast of the white walls and the black?
The floors are not hardwood but actually LVP {luxury vinyl plank} which a lot of homeowners are opting for these days.
They really make them high end looking now without the price tag of real wood.
I love the light color she chose too!
Specially curated antiques fill the space and give it a lived in look.
There is a pair of French antique barn doors that lead to the master suite, as well as a vintage marble fireplace surround, even though there is no fireplace!
I love that she left the spiral staircase with it’s original wood posts.
The marble dining table is something that really makes a statement and was purchased from a big box store.
You too can have one, link here!
I couldn’t find her exact barstools for you, but here is some similar ones.
The kitchen features smoky grey built ins and look that flows well with the open spaces.
The counters are Caesarstone.
Don’t you love the antique portrait?
The modern vase is fun too.
Doesn’t everyone need a Le Crueset?
I would die for a coffee station like this.
The mirror is vintage and the sconces can be purchased here.
Love the pop of green with the fig tree.
This planter looks very similar.
I bet those battery operated candle lights look gorgeous at night!
I like this side table better than hers from HomeGoods!
Gold and olive green are the primary colors in the bedroom.
The nightstand can be found here.
You can find a similar lamp here.
The fabric on the headboard can be found here.
The master bathroom features a grasscloth wallpaper hand painted in 24 karat gold!
A solid bronze doorframe from an old elevator elegantly frames it.
While some things cost a pretty penny, others didn’t.
I love how she incorporates in pieces from HomeGoods and other discount stores as well.
Perfect shelf styling in my opinion!
I pulled together some items that I highlighted above for you to see together!
As always, you can shop my looks by clicking on the shop tab at the top of this page.
