Grilled peaches with burrata, honey, and pistachios-
This recipe is easy to make and looks really impressive! Have you ever grilled peaches? If you’d like to visit more grilled stone fruit and cheese pairings, see my post here for those recipes! Doesn’t this just make your mouth water? The printable recipe is at the end of this post for you! Don’t forget to pin any of these images to your recipe boards too! There’s nothing quite like the smell of a BBQ in the summertime, wouldn’t you agree? How to prepare and grill the bread-
I like to buy thin loaves of crunchy bread and slice it about a 1/2″ thick. You can use butter brushed on both sides, or olive oil! Place directly onto the grill and watch closely. Once you have grill marks in your bread slices, it’s time to flip. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes per side. How to prepare and grill your peaches-
You’ll need about 5 ripe peaches for this recipe. I start by pitting them and then cutting them into big pieces. Again, you can use butter or olive oil, and you are going to want to brush or drizzle it on the cut sides. Place on your grill and grill until caramelized and soft, about 5 minutes. Depending on the size of your peaches, it may take longer. How to serve-
Add your burrata to the center of a large serving dish. Arrange your peach slices around the cheese. Drizzle with honey and crushed pistachios. Finally, add the grilled bread to the tray and serve with appetizer plates and a large cheese knife. I like to add fresh basil for garnish.More Summer Barbeque Recipes
