I am so excited to welcome Spring!
After a long rainy season, I am so ready for warmer weather, flowers in the yard, and leaving my doors open from morning to night.
Today I am sharing with you an easy way to set a table for an informal Spring gathering.
We have a super relaxed laid back lifestyle, and especially this time of year.
We don’t do super formal dinners in the Spring and Summer. More of a grab a plate and help yourself to meat on the bbq and so on.
So I thought it would be fun to show you a real life set up of what I would do for one of those occasions.
Instead of going out and buying expensive flowers, I simply cut branches from a tree in our yard.
It’s free, they last a long time, and the green color gives that pop of color and screams Spring.
We use mason jars as cups so I usually have those set out with a pitcher of something to drink.
And I always have a candle burning, no matter what time of year.
Stacks of everyday white dishes, and a wood bowl with cloth napkins and silverware make it very easy to grab what you need.

Love your dusty blue, "wrinkly" runner. All about texture.
I, like you, love decorating with natural branches and stems. Simple and beautiful.
Blessings!
