Hello hello!
I have a super fun and easy recipe for you to try today!
I am going to be serving these Christmas sheet pan pancakes Christmas morning!
They are super cute and everyone is sure to go nuts over them.
Kids will especially love these, but l think we can all admit that everyone loves pancakes!
I make mine ahead of time and then freeze them so I don’t have the mess the morning of Christmas.
I had never heard of making pancakes on a sheet pan {aka, cookie sheet} so I was very intrigued.
They came out perfectly and were so delicious!
I made a homemade recipe which I will share, but you can also just use a good pancake mix.
Our family prefers this one.Â
Christmas sheet pan pancakes directions-
Once you have your mix thoroughly combined and void of any lumps, pour onto a sheet pan that has been well greased with butter.
I like to use my kitchenmaid mixer to save myself from all that hand mixing.
Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and using a tree shaped cookie cutter, cut out your pancakes to serve.
That’s it! Aren’t they so cute?
Besides butter and syrup, think about adding extra toppings that are perfect for the holidays!
You might choose Christmas sprinkles, whipped cream, or chocolate chips!
Everyone you serve these too will be so happy!
How can you not smile when you see these cute little trees?!
If you’d like to make these from scratch, follow the recipe below.
I hope enjoy this sweet little breakfast!

I was really excited to try this recipe but they didn’t turn out. They were super spongy with an odd flavor. I’m not sure what I did wrong but I’m disappointed!

I would give it another try with store bought pancake mix if you didn’t care for this recipe!
